I had a very disappointing experience unfortunately. I was calling with an agent for half a day trying to organise a viewing, but he couldn’t get the keys. I was checking every hour, but he couldn’t reach the tenants. I said that I really want the flat and to please keep me informed. I offered a video as an alternative to a viewing. I left my email and phone, but no one contacted me. The next day I texted the agency again about the video to only find out that the flat is already let. Very disappointing and unprofessional! Even though I said I really want the flat they just gave it to someone else without letting me know. Who does something like that?!
