I cannot praise too highly the superb management service provided by Paul Ford of Dexter's. Not only does he remove all the hassle of letting the property, working with his extensive network of local tradespeople to carry out repairs and refurbishments, but he is always happy to go the extra mile, for example picking me up from the station when I inspect the property. As of Fenbruary 2019, Paul Ford has provided another year's excellent property management service.

Dexters have provided a fantastic and professional service throughout my time with them. They were able to secure a significantly higher number of viewings than previous agencies. Sonia was our counter part at Dexters Kingston and i am very positive surprised how well everything went. She was able to secure new tenants and get everything signed in a very short time. Another plus point is that we never set foot in their office and everything was done via phone and emails saving us a lot of time. My recent search in Kinston for a property the agent Ty was by far one of the best agents I have dealt with in not just this time round but for as long as I have been dealing renting. After speaking with him for a few minutes, he had an idea of what we were looking for and understood our standards so didn’t waste anyone’s time showing us properties that we wouldn’t like. All the properties that he showed us we loved. Great guy and made this rather stress process very easy for us.
