Have been letting apartments through Dexters for a few years now. Great service from my Property Manager Paul Ford. Always responsive and most important to me is that he ensures the tenants requests are communicated and if agreed, actions quickly and professionally. He is also always on top of “emergency” response requirements by the tenants and keeps me well informed. Great service!

My first impression was not great. I was assigned to an agent who got details and everything wrong. However upon calling back after a month I was assigned to Beckie who was great, showing us round lots of properties and telling us about the local area. All were well priced and within our budget so overall a great experience. Amelia then handled the process of our offer which was much faster than other agents, we went from giving our offer to having a place secured within a few hours. Overall a great experience!
