Recently I have been viewing properties with Dexters in Kingston and Matt has surpassed all of my expectations in his delivery of service! Dexters have really stood out above all other estate agents and actually seemed to care about what I am looking for a in a property! Ameila Davis helped our family secure the rental of a wonderful new home with minimal fuss and stress. She was always promptly responsive and kept me informed whenever a property that met our very particular criteria came on the market and once we had found a place, her professionalism and customer service ensured we were able to get all the terms agreed and paperwork completed with little to no fuss. Amelia was most helpful throughout the journey of finding a new home and I cant thank her enough !!

We recently used Dexters Kingston, and although we did have a few issues initially with the tenancy agreement and communication, Sonia and her team managed to sort everything out and completed our paperwork on time. I especially found Sonia very responsive to emails and found her cheerful yet professional manner throughout this whole process highly commendable. Thank you for making a stressful process much easier!

Had the best experience with the sales team - Natalia in particular assisted with search in the area - turns out we are actually moving our search elsewhere however the whole experience was great. They knew what I was looking for and didn't harass.
