We recently contacted Sharan Panesar, Account Executive at Propertymark to sign up for Company Advantage. Sharan has been prompt in responding to my queries, either by phone or email, and stayed in touch with me through to completing the process. From the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. I am so glad I chose that agency felt like part the family there, I still pop in to say hello once in a while, they are always glad to see you. Outstanding group of staff there.
