This morning I rang looking for advice and to look into my qualifications that were done several years ago. I managed to speak with Lisa Barber, who answered all my questions and helped and gave me some really good advice on how to use the website and to find information I may need coming up. It was a very pleasant and helpful phone call.

Four members of our team wanted to register to do their Propertymark level 3 training. So I spoke to Kane Gayle an account executive there who said it would be easier first me to add all 4 sets of team members details and pay for all 4 as I wanted to pay via bacs transfer. Kane was very helpful and made the process easy. We now have 6 team members working towards their level 3 some are trainees some very experienced. Others in our office have already completed their qualifications in lettings, sales and auction.

Booking several members of my team onto the Level 3 qualification, Sharan Panesar, Account Executive. Sharan was amazingly helpful, went through everything with me and worked hard to find the best options for the team members based on their existing skills/experience, setting them all up to start in the New Year. She was extremely helpful and explained everything really clearly, answered all the questions I had, really listened to our needs and supported the team members to get up and running with all of the information they needed.

Baljit Birdi was very helpful and managed to find the answer to my problem. As I had asked about this through several different avenues previously and no one else had managed to solve the problem of rent reviews for fixed term tenancies ending in May/June I was impressed that she had the answer and sent me a link with further information
