Ironically, when I first contacted this branch, the estate agent asked me to leave her a Google review as part of her internal six month review. At the time, I obviously had no idea how my experience with Dexters would develop. Unfortunately, my experience with Dexters has been consistently disappointing, not just with this branch but with several other Dexters branches I have contacted. A few examples: • I travelled specifically to attend a property viewing, only to arrive and find that the agent did not have the keys and therefore could not let me into the property. The following day, I was suddenly told that the property was off the market. • I was told not to worry because she had several similar properties that she could show me. I then had to chase for several days just to receive anything. More than two weeks later, I only received one link, and the property wasn't even remotely close to what I had been looking for. • I requested a virtual viewing for another property and never received a call back. This happened three separate times, with different Dexters branches, including this one. • I also requested information regarding the purchase of another property and never received the requested information. These are not isolated communication issues. After dealing with multiple branches, I have experienced the same lack of follow up and poor organisation repeatedly. Ironically, I was even told that I would be made a priority in finding a property. Given what happened, I can only wonder what the service would have been like if I wasn't a priority. Overall, the service has been very poor. If you are looking for a property through Dexters, be prepared to chase them repeatedly and potentially waste your time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dexters.
