I have very recently gone through a Tenant change - a 'long-term' Tenant who decided to purchase a property after 19 years happily living at my property in Kingston. Throughout that time Dexters have looked after the property meticulously including repairs, maintenance and all the legalities and have given extremely good communication at every step along the way. Particularly Ms Sonia De Abreu worked very closely with me during the tenant change, patiently and carefully explaining all the fine print to ensure a smooth transition.
