She actually listened, didn’t try to sell us nonsense, and kept things grounded when we started overthinking everything like most couples do mid flat hunt. Quick, honest, and very patient with our indecision. Felt like dealing with a real person rather than an estate agent script. Ayca at Dexters made the whole process far more bearable than it should have been. Super organised, sharp, and somehow still smiling by the time we were tired and slightly losing it after multiple viewings. She got what we wanted straight away and didn’t waste our time.
