Alfie Brown has been an absolute star in helping my partner and I to find a new property to rent at fairly short notice within the parameters that we specified. He answers calls and queries promptly and professionally and has been proactive in getting us through a period of uncertainty. Alfie's attention to detail is exemplary and he clearly cared about our requirements, rather than just sending us a plethora of unsuitable properties that we would have rejected. This demonstrates integrity, great customer service and understanding the needs of his clients. At the same time, I have been speaking with other property agents (not Dexters) and they have clearly shown that they're only in it for the numbers. Alfie has a different, more considered approach and one that I'm sure most people would welcome. Moving house is said to be one of the most stressful experiences in life but Alfie has made the whole process very straightforward.
