Dexters have been managing my house in Kingston since I started to work overseas in 2008. I've been very pleased with the service they provide. I get 6 monthly inspections of the house, in copious detail, and regular updates on any outstanding issues. I've only had one change of tenant in all that time and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The managers I've worked with, including particularly my current manager, Kayleigh McHugh, have been friendly and efficient, very easy to contact and work with and quick to deal with any outstanding issues.
