I write this review specifically to rave about Lettings Manager, Sonia De Abreu. I am trying to orchestrate an international move to London from the USA, and I had heard horror stories about letting agents. Sadly, many of them were confirmed when I visited to try and flat-hunt... Until there was Sonia! Her responsiveness, knowledge, and attention provided an immediate wave of relief and ease. She also had something that I did not anticipate I would need so badly - empathy and warmth. I knew the process would be stressful, but in a highly competitive market and several "almost, but no" attempts at finding a home (my having a cat proved challenging for landlords), Sonia was kind and patient. I am close to settling on a gorgeous flat and being able to finally get excited about my move - in no small part, thanks to Sonia. I am truly, truly grateful and would recommend her in the highest regard to someone in a position like mine.
