I would especially like to thank one of the agents there called Jess. Jess has been very cooperative, patient flexible and ever so kind and sweet throughout the whole process, even when obstacles arose Jess was quickly able to find an alternative flat that suited me so well which saved me so much hassle. I have never had an agent that has been so good at updating me and addressing my requirements and concerns as quickly as Jess, reducing that lag time between question and response makes your renting/buying process so much easier and less stressful so thank you Jess!!
