Dexters Kingston very good team, pet friendly.  I called other agencies, everyone turned me down when I told them I had a small dog. only Dexters was the only agent who told me that they would try to help me and that they would try to find a landlord who would not have a problem with the dog. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars :)
