We recently did a Level 2 survey and we are beyond impressed with the service that was given. We were given information on the different surveys, what they included and prices. The communication was quick and date was booked quickly. The report was given within 24 hours of survey being done with detailed explanations for each section of the house. For the areas that came up with a concerns, suggestions were made on what to do next. We feel fully confident knowing that property in much more detail. Thank you for the great service and definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting reassurance when buying a house.

I recently sold a commercial property with OPA, from the beginning they were very efficient. Zara Thomas contacted me, arranged all pictures and documents, got everyone ready and live on their system within days. 5 days later I had a cash offer over asking price and completed within a month. Once we decided to move to Northiam, Rush,Witt and Wilson were the obvious choice of agents. Oliver, Roz and Kevin are a friendly and professional team who have their finger on the pulse of the local property scene. They sold our house in Beckley and Roz found us a new house in Northiam. Kevin diligently ensured the tedious sales process proceeded smoothly. We cannot recommend Rush, Witt and Wilson more highly.
