Kat was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She kept me informed all the way from finding me a tenant in a matter of days to when the tenant moved in. Kat was very enthusiastic, with a superb happy and upbeat telephone manner and everything was dealt with in a very professional but friendly way. Leo was very good too. Both Kat and Leo are are a credit to Curchods and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I would recommend Curchods to everyone. I dealt with two local offices Kingston and New Malden as I was buying and selling through them. Face to face they were excellent their focus is on client care. I always felt supported and nothing was too much trouble.

Curchods are the best estate agents I have dealt with, and I have dealt with many. From the moment of instructing them, we were impressed by Ben, whose manner and approach was way ahead of the competition. Ken directed and managed the sale of our house and did so with expertise and a high level of efficiency. He got us four offers in 24 hours and managed the whole process impeccably. He also chased everything up relentlessly and gave me daily information on the progress of the sale, keeping the chain tight at all times. I recommend Curchods without reservation and extremely highly, you won't find any better.
