I have recently purchased a property that Mortimers in Accrington had advertised. It's a lovely new build, and when viewing the property the gentleman showing us the property was very helpful and polite. But if I am honest the 5 stars are because of Chloe Jenkinson who contacted us a few weeks after we had had an offer accepted to see how the move was progressing. I have to say she's a real credit to Mortimers Estate Agents, as Chloe was friendly, polite, helpful, informative and professional throughout. She answered every email, called me back when I wasn't able to speak to her and generally went above and beyond consistently. She kept us informed throughout, often letting us know of developments even before the Solicitors were able to tell us. There was a small issue that occurred, that wasn't anything to do with her, but she apologised even when she didn't have to. Which just highlights her sympathetic nature and thorough understanding of the stresses of moving. The moment Chloe got involved our stress levels more than halved, so I couldn't speak highly enough of her.

We have recently sold our house and bought a bungalow with the expert help from Mortimers, Accrington. From the very beginning when Mathew came and valued our house and showed us a bungalow that they were selling, We soon had viewers shown around by Jen who did a wonderful job that first day and I'm sure"sold"our house to the new buyers. Just sold a house with Mortimer's and I'm very happy with how it went from start to finish Matt came to value the house and was well prepared and professional by knowing how much I had previously bought the house for and gave a realistic price suggestion along with examples of similar houses that they had sold Mortimer's put realistic prices for the properties that they sell as they're not trying to sell houses within a week so they can get paid or go the other way by giving an over estimated price so they can get your business Chloe dealt between the solicitors, myself and the buyer and she kept me up to date with everything that was goin on and was brilliant to deal with She is an asset to Mortimer's by being great at her job, personable and genuine, pleasant woman If I ever have to sell a house again I would definitely use Mortimer's again Thanks Chloe and Matt
