I recently bought my first house through mortimers Accrington and I was very worried about the whole process, however mortimers were nothing but amazing. I had the pleasure of being supported in this process with the lovely Leaoni who made this process so easy to understand and she was extremely reassuring. I felt I could speak to Leaoni at any time and she was always happy to speak with me, ensuring I felt happy and comfortable in the whole process. If I ever rang up and Leaoni was busy with another customer, someone in the office was always happy to help too. It was also nice to see that recently mortimers hired a new employee who sold me car over a year ago (Jonathan). He will be a lovely fit in a love team of people who are really supportive and caring.
