I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Within this review I am referencing those agents that my wife and I had most contact with (David, Corey, Sharon) however, I suspect, given our experience of these agents, that the team as a whole need praise. From the minute we had our property to sell evaluated, to the handing over of our keys and collecting the keys to our new home, Dawsons were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and approachable. They agreed to a negotiated fee of selling our property in line with another Agency, they sought quickly to answer any queries we had and they updated us promptly with regards the processes of sale and purchasing. Selling and moving home and all that goes between can be very stressful so for us, the reliance on an agency like Dawsons to handle this was important - on that basis I would thoroughly recommend Dawsons to anyone looking for the support of an agency to sell (or buy) a property.
