Having previously bought a house using Dawsons in Killay and had a recent valuation, I can only commend the branch on their professionalism and speedy responses when I called on them. David, the branch manager, answered my questions quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot speak highly enough of this office and staff. Especially Kelly. Kelly made selling my house quick, efficient and ensured the property sold for what I wanted. Kelly was always at the end of the phone / email from the start to finish. Her knowledge meant my property sold within the first 2 days and made a daunting process very straightforward.

I recently purchased through dawsons in killay and found thier service and support to be impeccable throughout the process. They kept in regular contact, and would chase up things without me even asking. Kelly was very professional in handling the offers, and made me feel at ease, and her knowledge of the property and the area was extremely impressive. Having dealt with Dai in Killay on several occasions and I’m constantly amazed at his wealth of knowledge and vast collection of jumpers many of which looked hand knitted. I had heard a lot about Dai before meeting him and he didn’t disappoint. His hair remains top of mind due to its incredible ability to move around his large head like a wig - amazing talent! Lovely guy - recommend dealing with him!

We recently moved into our new home thanks to dawsons. Especially Kelly who made sure we were kept informed at every stage of the process which put us at ease which really made a massive difference to us as it is such a stressful time it was comforting that i would always get a response and and update from Kelly so we were always kept in the loop.
