I have recently purchased a property that Mortimers in Accrington had advertised. It's a lovely new build, and when viewing the property the gentleman showing us the property was very helpful and polite. But if I am honest the 5 stars are because of Chloe Jenkinson who contacted us a few weeks after we had had an offer accepted to see how the move was progressing. I have to say she's a real credit to Mortimers Estate Agents, as Chloe was friendly, polite, helpful, informative and professional throughout. She answered every email, called me back when I wasn't able to speak to her and generally went above and beyond consistently. She kept us informed throughout, often letting us know of developments even before the Solicitors were able to tell us. There was a small issue that occurred, that wasn't anything to do with her, but she apologised even when she didn't have to. Which just highlights her sympathetic nature and thorough understanding of the stresses of moving. The moment Chloe got involved our stress levels more than halved, so I couldn't speak highly enough of her.
