While in the process of buying my first home, Sam Shackleton was helpful from start to finish during a very long process and various setbacks that happened throughout. He really helped me through the process as a first time buyer! I also received a goodie bag with things such as tea and washing up liquid etc when I picked up my keys! It's a nice touch to the end of a stressful 6 months.
