Perfectly decent service from Belvoir Northampton. The finding of a tenant and management of the tenancy has proceeded quickly and without major incident. That said, I'd expect nothing less - they have met my expectations. I like to use an ARLA agent because of the additional security it gives me.

Great staff, very positive, very well trained.

So far I have found Belvoir staff very helpful and efficient.

This lady was rather rude

This lady was rather rude when I complained about the fees I have incurred. She was sarcastic and I am not impressed that she happens to work in a customer facing role.

I rent a place through Belvoir, The actual property that Belvoir acts as the agents for is owned by either a landlord they can never contact or some shady company again who apparently can never be reached, Belvoir don't seem to be able to make up their minds.... unless of course it's to put the rent up for what is a VERY mediocre flat in a drug ridden area, Then of course they can get in touch with the company, Or landlord, That owns it very quickly and put the rent up by an unreasonable amount especially for a flat which is badly built and very subpar. When it comes to elderly tenants they seem to have no problem trying to scare them which causes an unhealthy level of stress. They also seem to think they are above the law and the women in the office actually make up laws on the spot and if you don't go along with what they say they start screaming at you. The rent increase has meant I have to skip meals for multiple days just to hang on, A company with morals wouldn't let this happen just to increase their profits but Belvoir, Especially going by their horrendous trust pilot rating, Seem to lack any and all morals and any kind of human decency. If I had a good experience with them I would've happily given them a glowing full 5 star review but sadly it's been so stressful that my nerves are shot, It's negatively affected my health and made me quite ill. Avoid this immoral company at all costs, They are deceitful and dishonest people that thrive on being evil.

i don't no where to start with my utter disbelief in this company. i would advise everyone thinking of using them to run at a 100 mph in the opposite direction. I agreed on what i wanted this agent to do before signing with them. they agreed on both points, firstly the price and secondly that i get a new epc after my windows had been mended. once i signed with them this all changed, They cancelled the contract after 5 weeks of selling my house, i agreed to sign for 12 weeks. They are now taking me to court for £300 pounds saying i breach the contract and want paying for the photos of my house they have taken. i am now having to wait for a court date to be set and spend my time and money attending to fight this. this company are a load of scammers and thief's and should not be practicing. This is just one of the many things they did in the short time they had my property for sale.

The worst Estate Agent in whole of Britain, as they ask you to do the work for them and they never pay them. The owners are the worst.

Rude, shocking experience. Not even a satisfactory service.... DO NOT GO WITH THEM!
