Really bad experience with these the staff members are not understanding nor very caring I made a mistake with the company and had some choices words regarding another company who's let us down went to apologise and was rudely told not to contact them again in regards to rents again shocking
Poor customer service skills. Made aware of how disgusting our rented property was, and nothing was done about it, not even an apology, even after sending photos of mouldy fridge and broken toilet seat. Could go on.
ABSOLUTE COWBOYS...THEY INVENT ISSUES TO HOLD BACK MONEY FROM THE DEPOSIT AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF SAID ISSUES..AVOID AVOID AVOID

Cannot be trusted with a word they say. They don't keep to their word after viwing a property with them.
A shabby start with Belvior not getting the flat ready before moving in which was their offering. Therefore having to move furniture etc to get things done. Lots of jobs not done as promised to make the flat reasonable for the rent. Also poor service with lots of false promises. I was only with them a year, and happy to leave their contract. Be careful with charges, the most expensive of letting agencies with charges for everything, even when you do things for them because they can not organise anything. Dissapointed from day one walking in the door.
Very poor service, told I would get a called back but never did. Was told that we had a property and was first in the cue then they tried to let it to someone else. Overall a very poor service, staff eating their subway lunch why talk to me in the office face-to-face. Best to avoid this agency.
