Contracts

Having waited over 3 weeks for our deposit back when in the contracts it says 10 days. In my eyes that's a breech of contracts and then charging a £60 check out fee and when I phone they say it's in the contract abit cheeky I think when belvoir have already breech this contract.

Well considering I stopped using you over 7 years ago and your still asking for feedback you need to update your records more often

Cannot be trusted with a word they say. They don't keep to their word after viwing a property with them.

A shabby start with Belvior not getting the flat ready before moving in which was their offering. Therefore having to move furniture etc to get things done. Lots of jobs not done as promised to make the flat reasonable for the rent. Also poor service with lots of false promises. I was only with them a year, and happy to leave their contract. Be careful with charges, the most expensive of letting agencies with charges for everything, even when you do things for them because they can not organise anything. Dissapointed from day one walking in the door.

This actually warrants no stars!! To all Landlords and tenants, DO NOT USE Belvoir Kettering!!!! As a tenant I have been threatened by Tracey McGee at Kettering branch in any which way she possibly could. I have always been a good tenant, paying my rent on time every month for 2 years, also maintaining the property and good communication skills with the agent from the start. Since Tracey has joined Belvoir we have felt let down, belittled and threatened. And we have had to contact a solicitor. Tracey threatened she will use the agent keys to let herself into our home, we have 2 small children. She also threatened she will give us a bad reference and will increase our rent, anything she could in order to bully us and intimidate us. Her behaviour has really upset myself and my family. She has used our vunerability to bully us, not realising the law and our rights. Any landlords or tenants considering Belvoir I would strongly advise to use a different agent with morals.

Very poor service, told I would get a called back but never did. Was told that we had a property and was first in the cue then they tried to let it to someone else. Overall a very poor service, staff eating their subway lunch why talk to me in the office face-to-face. Best to avoid this agency.

RIP OFF LETTING AGENTS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE We let 2 properties over 2 years with them as landlord. we were invoiced over £900 repairs to one boiler. later found out nothing was actually replaced, boiler in worse condition than it was because works were carried out by untrained workmen. Had to stil pay £900 and more. A nightmare to deal with very unprofessonal conduct throughout. Will try to invoice you unnecessary work at twice the price that was not authorized by the landlord. If you complain they try to make out its your fault. If you want to leave them they have a whopping termination fee hidden in the contract. We have to pay £825 to leave them because we are unhappy with their service.

Worst Agency Ever!!! AVOID COMPLETELY NO MATTER HOW NICE THE STAFF!!!! Behind the scenes the awful and unprofessional Director sits looking for ways to rip off people whether it's a landlord, tenant, contractor or even his own staff! LANDLORDS: He will bill you for work that hasn't even been done in your rental home. TENANTS: He will try to rob you of any part of your deposit he can- with a well hid inventory charge slyly written into their tenancy agreement or bogus charges that he thinks “they'll get bored and will stop trying to get back or won't even notice we have taken it till it's too late” CONTRACTORS: He will instruct you to do works then tell you do get the money from the tenant! Leaving you unpaid for months at a time! STAFF: I've never known anyone to treat his staff so poorly! Never work for this man no matter what he offers you!!!! No matter how much you try to help the unfortunate people who get involved with this company- he will make it look like it's your entire fault and your incompetence's! Or sack you for no good reason and out of the blue!!! I hope Trading Standards close them down!
