A extremely abusive and aggressive manner when dealing with my concerns. They have been nothing but inconsiderate and sometimes obstructive when trying to pay them the rent. Their communication with the council and myself has been nothing short of belligerent. You would be better served buying a cardboard box and living behind the shops, as the rats are probably nicer. After seeing their comment that they checked their records and found no person named Dixon in their registration, I wonder why they would deny this, could it be shame?

Thank you for your review. I would like to responded by firstly saying I have done a search for a tenant under Dixon and find no record. In respects to your content, in the review, any agent is acting for the landlord when collecting rental payments, and rent is due on time every month. If the council are paying it is the responsibility solely of any tenant that payment is made in full and on time, even if the council are helping. The council is your support system and not the agents, so full liability falls with the tenant. The council can be challenging at times and I advise keeping in contact with them a feeding back to your agent. I hope the above helps and makes clear your obligations as a tenant.

Do not use them is my advise Terrible. You complain about an issue. They note it once. And then never again as if they fixed your issue or blame the property owner that something hasn't been dealt with They left us for 5 months without a safe bathroom Pointless using my real name because they deny everything anyway.

Really bad experience with these the staff members are not understanding nor very caring I made a mistake with the company and had some choices words regarding another company who's let us down went to apologise and was rudely told not to contact them again in regards to rents again shocking

The outcome is that you was abusive and threatening to a member of the team. we take the safety of all our team very seriously and will not stand for this behaviour. I understand you was upset with another agent and a member of our team got the back end of your issues due to the other agent. i feel your review is unfair and negative to us.

Poor customer service skills. Made aware of how disgusting our rented property was, and nothing was done about it, not even an apology, even after sending photos of mouldy fridge and broken toilet seat. Could go on.

46 days for

Poor customer service skills. Ignored a number of emails. Rubbish at following up on things. Didnt do anything, let alone apologise for the way we received our rental property, black mould in fridge and washing machine, broken toilet, heavily stained carpets, broken cutlery and bottle caps in drawers, could go on. Then 46 days to finally get our deposit back! Had the cheek to charge us for things after the way we were given it!

Thank you for your post, i feel that this is very unfair as all members of our team work tirelessly and committed to our service levels, It is unfortunate that all members are not the same, and at time to time we need to make changes to keep our service levels to a high standard.
