I have been with Belvoir Lettings as a tenant for 5 years and have always found them to be efficient and helpful especialy Vicki Becks. I would definitely deal with them again on a professional level and have been pleased with the properties they have found me and the service provided.

I rent a place through Belvoir, The actual property that Belvoir acts as the agents for is owned by either a landlord they can never contact or some shady company again who apparently can never be reached, Belvoir don't seem to be able to make up their minds.... unless of course it's to put the rent up for what is a VERY mediocre flat in a drug ridden area, Then of course they can get in touch with the company, Or landlord, That owns it very quickly and put the rent up by an unreasonable amount especially for a flat which is badly built and very subpar. When it comes to elderly tenants they seem to have no problem trying to scare them which causes an unhealthy level of stress. They also seem to think they are above the law and the women in the office actually make up laws on the spot and if you don't go along with what they say they start screaming at you. The rent increase has meant I have to skip meals for multiple days just to hang on, A company with morals wouldn't let this happen just to increase their profits but Belvoir, Especially going by their horrendous trust pilot rating, Seem to lack any and all morals and any kind of human decency. If I had a good experience with them I would've happily given them a glowing full 5 star review but sadly it's been so stressful that my nerves are shot, It's negatively affected my health and made me quite ill. Avoid this immoral company at all costs, They are deceitful and dishonest people that thrive on being evil.

A extremely abusive and aggressive manner when dealing with my concerns. They have been nothing but inconsiderate and sometimes obstructive when trying to pay them the rent. Their communication with the council and myself has been nothing short of belligerent. You would be better served buying a cardboard box and living behind the shops, as the rats are probably nicer. After seeing their comment that they checked their records and found no person named Dixon in their registration, I wonder why they would deny this, could it be shame?
