Appalling - our tenant stopped paying and Belvoir were worse than useless. Getting straight answers was impossible, tried to claim repair costs that bore no relation to amounts agreed. Four different administrators chased us for amounts that we sent e mail proof on numerous occasions were incorrect, the last one kindly posted us a copy of her e mail to the franchise owner Harpreet agreeing with our figures, as he had stopped her sending an e mail confirmation to us. It cost us £2000 to put our house back to an acceptable condition plus missing rent for 2 months. I have never come across such an incompetent organization and would advise any tenant or landlord to avoid like the plague! I offered to speak to Harpreet on numerous occasions to discuss the outstanding amounts but he just kept leaving numerous poor staff, who never stayed long, to pick up the pieces. We never got a statement in the entire period they managed the property, so only when the problems arose with the tenant did we get visibility to the incorrect amounts they were trying to deduct for work. Words can't express the frustration and aggravation we had dealing with them.
Horrible, unprofessional, uninformed, inexperienced people. False hope and promises until receiving money, then no correspondence whatsoever. No return of the holding deposit even though it was not our fault not accepted.
