We had a really positive experience with Miles & Barr. Our initial valuation was with Sam, and he was one of the main reasons we chose to go with them 🙂. Even though we didn’t put the flat on the market until about six months later, we had the photos done early and stayed in touch throughout, which was really reassuring. Once the property was up, Ross took over and kept us updated every week. The consistent communication, even during quieter periods, made such a difference and was exactly what we needed. Overall, we’re very happy. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Thanks to the whole team!

We’re almost finished with the process of buying a house through Miles & Barr Folkestone, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone we’ve interacted with from the team has been warm, friendly, professional, and actually knowledgeable about their properties (unlike the majority of agencies we have been on viewings with). A shoutout particularly to Georgina, the agent who showed us the property we are purchasing, and Emily, who has been our progressor. They’ve both been extremely friendly and helpful. Georgina had a lot of knowledge not only about the properties she showed us, but also about the area in general.
