From start to finish we felt well looked after. From the initial visit from the Folkestone branch Director, the excellent level of communication and updates from members of the sales team and the liaison with other parties in the chain by the sales progressor once an offer had been accepted, we were confident we were in good hands. Any queries were answered fully and the system of viewings worked seamlessly. It was very apparent the staff worked well together as a team.
