We recently completed on a Folkestone flat with Miles and Barr, where we were the sellers, We were very pleased with their service. It was not a straightforward sale, but the different professionals held onto communication for the process throughout. Sam was an excellent communicator and listener for sales and had an understanding but pragmatic approach, Kayleigh hung onto the sale with tenacity, despite an initial buyer dropping out and always offered experienced and professional advice and Emily was an absolute star at the end, hanging onto the sale by communicating with both solicitors and the buyer as well as ourselves. We are very grateful to Miles and Barr and congratulate the management on its great staff…hang onto them! Good professionals, who do their job are hard to find nowadays.
