Simon and Nina at Miles and Barr Folkestone have been fantastic in managing the eviction of a very difficult tenant and getting the rent arrears paid by the guarantor. Unfortunately there will always be unscrupulous people who stop paying the rent and seem to think that it's ok. The court process is lengthy and everything is in favour of the tenant! Without the help from Miles and Barr it would have taken even longer and we wouldn't have got any of the money back without going back to court again. We will be using them again.

We moved from London to Folkestone back in 2012 with help from miles and barr and 12 years later we are moving from Folkestone to Edinburgh, also with their assistance.
