First time home buyer. I have dealt with many state agencies but Sarah Mains has been the best by miles. Kelly and Donna in particular have been quite helpful , very responsive and you feel they are genuinely looking to make your life easy. I would definitely recommend and will come back for sure. Keep up the good work!

Jacob is a star!!! Jacob gave us a very realistic valuation of our house He took his time to carefully explain the process and as he presented his company to us our confidence grew that his agency would be an excellent fit for our situation He was careful not to over raise our expectations as to achievable sale price and time scale

I had an excellent experience working with Jacob, Warren, Kelly and Jess. From the start, they were proactive and professional, arranging multiple viewings within the first week. Always available to help and provide updates. Thanks to their expertise and negotiation skills, My property sold after one week. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or faster sale. Highly recommended!
