Everyone at Sarah Mains in Newcastle have been highly professional and pleasant to deal with. Graeme and Jess were friendly and respectful when valuing our property, and everyone else at the office, especially Warren and Sarah, have given great advice and been very communicative throughout. The photos taken of the property were done to a very high standard. All involved have been kind and calm throughout, instilling a sense of confidence in their processes.

Chloe Moore was the Agent who showed me around my new property. She has been an absolute STAR. She kept me informed at each stage and even rang to make sure everything was going smoothly. I walked into the office at Jesmond in June. This was the very first time I was making a physical enquiry about buying a property and the person I met, Lucy was warm, super helpful and encouraging. He was informative about his selections and reviewed each document with me, providing explanations of the details and answering all my questions.
