Sarah Mains were by far the most impressive with their pitch, very professional with good quality supporting documentation and a good clear plan of how they intend to market the property. i was kept informed throughout the entire process, if you needed to speak to the agent then getting hold of them by telephone was always easy and they were more than happy to listen to what i had to say and provide advice and feed back following viewings. following viewings my property was always left how i requested showing a certain respect for your property. The service which most impressed me was the photos and video of the property, it showed the property off with a true likeness without being air brushed or photo shopped. finally the team at sarah mains were determined to get me a good/ fair price for my property.
