After such a lacklustre experience with another agent, Sarah Mains restored my faith in customer service. From my initial meeting with Amy who valued my property she reassured me with her professionalism, knowledge and advice. Every step of the selling process was seamless! Max blew me away with his photography and drone skills. My property was instantly elevated to its maximum potential! Donna was excellent in keeping me up to date, advising of next steps and timescales. I have never been so at ease with what is usually a very stressful time. I was surprised by how little involvement I had in the whole process as Donna clearly had everything under control. Sarah Mains will definitely be my ‘go to’ agents in the future. Thank you so much x
