Karl Tatler are very professional, my house sold after the first viewing and my sales progression team were very helpful. The only frustrating part of my move was the time taken for funds to be transferred on completion so I was not able to get the keys to my new property until after 4 pm.

The service from the staff at the Bebington office was excellent from start to finish. The initial visit and photos were efficient and professional giving us confidence in the team. The team were friendly and very helpful, as they undertook arranging viewings and taking prospective buyers round. I must give an extra mention to Charlotte who was extremely helpful. What made me give only 4 stars was the effort from the progression team, which was mixed. All's well that ends well though, and I would fully recommend Tatlers.
