Second time of using Michael Anthony. We used them to view properties and also to sell my one bed flat. Ian and the team are really professional and are excellent at guiding you through the whole process. Especially with tricky people who were part of the chain. Ian was particularly good at dealing with them and preventing the stress from getting to us. Tom was great at showing us properties and listened to what we wanted and was patient. I've had a decent experience selling my house with Ryder & Dutton. Communication was a bit poor at the start but once I accepted an offer and Elizabeth Powell, the Move Manager, took over the case, everything was really good. She sent me weekly updates as she was in touch with solicitors on both sides and when I couldn't get in touch with my solicitors, she got in touch with them for me. I couldn't recommend her enough!
