Goes the extra mile

I have been with this agent for a number of years. They handle my, rather problematic, property. Letting can be a stressful and unpleasant experience at the best of times but I have always had confidence that the staff at Bond Oxborough Phillips are giving me their best efforts and support. Not only do they carry out what you would expect of them as an agency, but they also have a personal touch that is beyond what you might receive from larger agents. Sharon in lettings is professional and yet has a keen understanding of both sides of the letting/renting element. If ever I have had the rare question or concern Karl has been there to help and support and even co-ordinate on occasions, I'm never made to feel like there is something they can't handle or a request I can't make. It is also comforting to know that, when I call up, there are a number of staff who know my property and can answer questions. This is a great agency that is just the right size to ensure it has a wide customer base and yet can still give the personal attention needed.
