Success of sale
From the moment we decided to put our house on the market with Bond Oxborough Philips we knew we had made the right decision. Their professionalism, their attention to detail and their communication with keeping us informed every step of the way was exemplary. Karl, and his excellent team in particular Helen and Sam worked tirelessly on our behalf. They believe in old fashioned values putting the client first which in today's society is a rare commodity which has to be valued. We cannot thank Karl and his team enough for an absolutely first class service always on hand to answer queries in a warm and welcoming manner. We will always use Bond Oxborough Philips as they made our transition to our next home easy and more importantly totally free of stress. Buying through Bond Oxborough Phillips
We saw the property on line, whilst viewing a property elsewhere in Devon with a different agent, (that was not as big as photos made it look!). I phoned BOP Agents asked if I could view in the next hour. They immediately made the booking and phoned me back. The property was viewed within two hours, shown around by the owner on a Sunday, property wasn't disappointing as photos accurate size of property, and the details thorough. Perfect for me and the property I am now happily typing this review from. Every aspect of the viewing, contact details, etc., where easy, efficient and clear. Thank you BOP.

Great service restoring our trust in estate agents

A hard working and dedicated team
After a number of years with Bond Oxborough Phillips as a Landlord they have now managed the sale of my property. I can not thank them enough for their dedication and efforts. It is so frequent these days that you are the one chasing and following things up but Bond were on the case from day one with weekly phone calls or emails. They are a great team of professionals with Sharon leading supporting on the Lettings and Karl Seeley going above and beyond to ensure a high quality of care and service.

Everything you need from an estate agent
Having bought our property through Bond Oxborough Phillips 5 years ago we knew they had the dynamic approach we needed when we decided to sell. The property was marketed quickly and pro-actively with two viewings being arranged within one day of the property being put on the market. We received excellent service from Dan Thompson and the other members of the Ilfracombe team and would have no hesitation in recommending BOP and will certainly use them again.

Goes the extra mile
I have been with this agent for a number of years. They handle my, rather problematic, property. Letting can be a stressful and unpleasant experience at the best of times but I have always had confidence that the staff at Bond Oxborough Phillips are giving me their best efforts and support. Not only do they carry out what you would expect of them as an agency, but they also have a personal touch that is beyond what you might receive from larger agents. Sharon in lettings is professional and yet has a keen understanding of both sides of the letting/renting element. If ever I have had the rare question or concern Karl has been there to help and support and even co-ordinate on occasions, I'm never made to feel like there is something they can't handle or a request I can't make. It is also comforting to know that, when I call up, there are a number of staff who know my property and can answer questions. This is a great agency that is just the right size to ensure it has a wide customer base and yet can still give the personal attention needed.

Friendly and professional team
The Ilfracombe team are incredibly approachable and professional. Communications between myself, BOP and my buyer have been exceptional and allowed us to complete in the nine weeks requested. I don't hesitate in recommending them both as a seller now and as a buyer previously.

Good liaison
