Sharon was super helpful from beginning to end in all dealings leading to the rental property I now live in. She always let me know updates as things progressed, I didn't have to chase her up for things as most other agents I've dealt with and she always tried to help where ever she could or pass things on to someone who could. A professional,friendly service from the valuation through to sale.
All staff in the office were professional and managed the viewings a lot better than I could have. From valuation to viewings, to offer and the administration leading to completion I always received a cheerful reception from staff. Nice people who made the whole process less stressful.

Friendly and professional.

Dogged determination, but we got there!
I cannot thank Sharon enough for steering me through a troublesome transaction. Whatever problems the buyer, or the solicitors, threw at her, she calmly took it all in her stride, and steered us all (buyer AND seller) through to completion. I had considered an internet based agency to save cost, but looking back, I honestly feel the transaction would not have gone through if I had.

Outstanding service
I was on the market for four months with a different agent and had 2 viewings within 1 month of being on the market with BOP I had 5 viewings and 2 offers.. I was shocked at hw different the agents were. 10/10 for customer service.
