I have been made an offer on the property and have not been told that the seller is not genium too sell. Instructed surveyor paid £936. To be infirmed letter that seller changed his mind. Money wasted!

do not trust this company to sell your house - seriously undervalued my property ( for what reason it seems this estate agent getting up to tricks of the old trade ) £45,000 below the last valuation 2 weeks ago - 55k below last years valuation - just had another estate agent value it at what its proper market value should be and went online to various online estate agents all coming back with the true value of that property - SHAME ON YOU

We was six years with them as a Tennant. They never changed anything at the beginning (painting, carpet, etc). When we moved they took our deposit money and they said we damaged the house. But the sales team were good, we bought a house from them. The employee helped us lot.
