We were using a different supplier for our Real Estate social media advertising where they were only using 50% of the budget on actual ad spend and the process was quite time consuming. Since moving to Spoke we are finding the time it takes to get ads published is far quicker and our admin team can easily complete this (don't need to be a social media expert). More of our ad spend actually gets put on ads compared to our previous supplier and the biggest thing we have notices is that we are getting better qualified leads. We have just sold a property where the lead came directly through Spoke! Additional benefits are the ability to run lead generation ads and agent profiling ads all in this super simple to use system and our CRM directly feeds our listings to Spoke. Highly recommend the product!

Hi Spoke - thanks for a super easy product - since we began using spoke our online engagement has increased along with our agent profile. Spoke actually understand targeting, audiences and save agents (and agencies) significant amounts of time being able to deliver quality advertising across Facebook, Instagram and Google. Spoke is great. It's a simple tool that anyone in the office can use, yet is customisable enough for us to tailor our campaigns. We run property campaigns on a regular basis and see a huge increase in traffic to our site when activating a campaign. Their team are also very helpful and supportive - great work Spoke team!

I personally prefer the look of the ads and we get a better reach… also with these spoke campaigns if anyone clicks on an ad, it takes them directly to a landing page where they can submit an enquiry, our team have been getting serious enquiries from these ads which is amazing. Also, everything is customizable, the audience, ads and campaign spend which is really great. I couldn't recommend more!
