Courtney and Caroline have both looked after me during the sale and purchase of my properties, during Covid-19 and during a very turbulent time in my life. However this did not stop them from providing me with excellent customer service. They both acted with professionalism and care throughout the sale and purchase, keeping me up to date with progress. The team at Thomas Morris were very professional and attentive throughout the sales process. My property had been on the market a while and after switching to Thomas Morris it was sold within a month. The professional photography made a huge difference to the presentation of the house and I am sure this was a significant factor in attracting potential buyers and contributed to the quick sale.

Thomas Morris have really helped us to solve a problem. With a couple wanting to buy our house but not yet in a position to do so, they came up with a creative solution that works equally well for seller and purchaser. We now have a rental agreement in place, such that the sale will proceed towards the end of the agreement. The couple don't lose the house they want and we keep the purchaser and have our costs paid in the interim period. Well done Thomas Morris. Robert Arnold and his team at the Royston branch of Thomas Morris are nothing short of excellent. Robert Arnold in particular, went above and beyond his duty as our estate agent. My wife and I honestly cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. After having spent several months with two agents who we weren’t happy with and one in particular who didn’t communicate with us at all, they were a breath of fresh air. They sold our property swiftly with a good stream of realistic prospective buyers. From start to finish our experience with them has been a positive one. We cannot recommend them enough!
