Would recommend if buying a property in Huntingdon area. Very experienced and agents. Also have their own in house conveyancing which is very good and reasonably priced. All round very good experience.

Great service from Thomas Morris when buying a flat recently. Good communication and knowledge of leasehold matters. Their conveyancing department were good value for money and diligent.

Thomas Morris have really helped us to solve a problem. With a couple wanting to buy our house but not yet in a position to do so, they came up with a creative solution that works equally well for seller and purchaser. We now have a rental agreement in place, such that the sale will proceed towards the end of the agreement. The couple don't lose the house they want and we keep the purchaser and have our costs paid in the interim period. Well done Thomas Morris.
