Despite having two buyers pull out after making offers, the team at Bentons went above and beyond to secure new buyers as quickly as possible - and they did. Their determination and commitment made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last six months. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients on a personal level and are truly invested in achieving the best possible outcome. They showed real empathy and compassion, taking the time to understand my situation and offering support whenever I needed it, which made an incredibly stressful experience so much easier to deal with. They were always on hand to answer my questions, provide regular updates, and proactively liaise with everyone involved - including solicitors and the developer of my new property - to keep everything progressing smoothly. When my developer started putting pressure on me to meet deadlines, Bentons stepped in, handled the communication on my behalf, and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Without Bentons, I genuinely don't believe I would have completed both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home as quickly as I did. Their customer service has been exceptional from beginning to end, and I can't thank them enough for everything they did to support me, especially given the challenging circumstances, tight timescales, and pressure from other parties.
