Very professional Estate Agent with a strong coverage and good experience of the local housing market. Their Agents were very good at sifting potential offers and building a strong relationship with the best placed buyers. Their pricing advice for the house was realistic and their negotiation skills were strong in closing the sale. Communication with myself, the buyer and the solicitors was always timely and optimised the time from offer to completion.
