We purchased our new home via Richard James and from the very beginning we recieved a fantastic service. Charlie and Joe were very helpful in finding us a property that suited our needs and budget and communicated very well between us and the sellers. We used a well known chain estate agents (out of area) for our home sale and had it not been for Richard James in particular Laura for her constant progress updates and check ins we would not have had such a good process. Laura was fundamental in helping relieve the stress of the move, she is just fantastic at what she does! It’s down to Richard James that our sale managed to go ahead after 8 long months of delays. I cannot recommend Richard James enough, they go above and beyond to help in anyway they can and you feel they truly care. If you are looking for an estate agent that you can trust with great communication look no further. We would only use Richard James in future!
