Absolutely disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism by this company. They used my address by mistake and changed all my utilities and council bill to someone else name. They even switched off my internet and got another supplier in. I had to call and redo all my utilities and then they went and did it for a second time! I have had to pay double utilities as they made me miss my payments messed up all my payment plans caused me so much distress I actually reported it to the police as I had no idea who was messing with my bills. When I found out it was them I called them and I didn’t even get a apology!!! They are unprofessional, messy and u organized do not trust them to sort out your stuff!!
