Dear Idaj, I am sorry to read that you found me smug and condescending, that certainly was not my intention, nor my normal demeanour. When you popped into the office at 4:50pm yesterday, you asked if I had anything 'Bohemian, with open plan, good sized rooms, possibly a studio/garage and a leafy view'. At that point, I shook my head and tried to explain that those houses do exist, but we didnt have any, not for £700,000. We did have three properties within budget that didnt meet your criteria, but might have suited depending on what you wished to compromise on, but actually what you were looking for was a rarity in this area. You asked if you could view one then and there, which we couldnt accommodate, due to previously booked appointments, but we could show you the property today or another day with some notice.
