Cannot emphasise enough how lovely, helpful and informative the Burnett's team are. Jemima and the team were so generous with their time and knowledge - and so decent about it all. They responded to us out of hours, answered questions and gave advice that definitely wasn't their responsibility. Their positive attitudes and knowledge made the entire purchase - which can be daunting and confusing - a lot clearer. We will be seeking them out for any future purchases / sales and would confidently recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.
