I just wanted to clarify that the seller hasn’t specifically restricted the sale to ‘first-time buyers’ The guidance we were given is that they are looking for a buyer who is not in a chain which is why this was discussed with you when you called. This is ultimately the clients decision not ours. I’m sorry if this came across as a firm restriction as that certainly wasn’t our intention. At the time you mentioned you had a property to sell and you did not make an offer for the property. If you did we could have discussed your position further with our client.
